1. Service Purpose

LLUZA provides a space where travelers heading to the same destination can contact each other to share transportation costs (taxi, VTC, or similar).

LLUZA does not offer transportation services, nor does it intervene in the organization, management, or payment of shared transport.

2. Limitation of Liability

LLUZA is not a party to any agreement between travelers.

We are not responsible for the conduct, punctuality, transport conditions, or any incident arising from contact between users.

Each user is responsible for their own decisions when contacting and agreeing to share transport.

3. Use of Personal Data

We may keep your email address after matching to inform you in the future about news, platform improvements, or future LLUZA services.

Your data will not be shared with third parties outside of LLUZA nor sold under any circumstances.

You can cancel your subscription and request the deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to our official contact. info@lluza.com.

4. Usage Rules

You will use the platform respectfully and responsibly.

The use of LLUZA for fraudulent, advertising, illicit purposes, or purposes other than private ride-sharing is not permitted.

5. Modifications

LLUZA may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

We recommend reviewing them periodically.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If services are provided outside of Spain, the corresponding legislation in the place of provision will apply.

7. Use of External Platforms

LLUZA uses an integrated chat service (Firestore from Google) to facilitate communication between travelers.

By accessing and using this chat, you agree that:

• LLUZA is not responsible for the content, operation, or security of the chat service. It is designed to be a temporary means of coordination.
• The management of personal data or information shared in the chat is governed by the Privacy Policy of LLUZA.
• We recommend users do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat. Messages are automatically deleted after a period.
