3. How does LLUZA work?

You access our website. Select your destination area, the date, and approximate time. We join you to a chat room with other travelers heading in the same direction at the same time and day. You talk directly with them to coordinate the shared ride.

4. Is using LLUZA free?

Yes, LLUZA is completely free for travelers.

We do not charge commissions or fees for connecting you with other users.

5. Who organizes and pays for the trip?

The travelers themselves organize and pay for the trip directly with the taxi or VTC service they choose.

LLUZA does not intervene in bookings or payments.

6. How does LLUZA ensure safety?

We recommend travelers communicate clearly in the chat and, if possible, share a ride only with people they feel comfortable with.

Each user is responsible for their own decision to share a ride.

7. Do I need to create an account or provide personal data?

It is not necessary to create an account to use LLUZA.

We only ask for your email address if you wish to receive news or updates about our service in the future.
